Description
Bruch’s soulful and deeply moving cello work, based on the Hebrew prayer for the Day of Atonement, is set here as a Euphonium solo. Bram Gay’s arrangement allows the euphonium to explore its most resonant and expressive “vocal” qualities.

(Medium) Fourth year players, or junior high-level students may require these arrangements to be properly challenged. These generally have free use of syncopation as well as section and solo scoring. Cues and cross cues will also be used less.
